Sane Solutions by Dru
Dru Rafkin Jackman, ACC
Founded in 1998, Sane Solutions by Dru
offers Coaching, Training and Consulting to leaders, teams and
individuals who desire to be more successful in reaching their
unique professional and personal goals. Clients are
empowered to maximize their effectiveness in areas which include
communication, collaboration, problem-solving, leadership, time
management, goal setting and achievement, and effective meeting
facilitation. Each client’s program is tailored to their
individual needs through the use of tools such as written
evaluations and surveys, interviews, retreats, workshops, and
group and individual Coaching.
Dru’s clients know her to be efficient, non-judgmental, and
discreet as well as innovative and creative, and they value the
long-lasting effects of the new habits and behaviors that have
transformed their businesses and their lives.
Dru graduated from Northwestern University and launched a highly
successful, 15-year career in the entertainment industry where
she honed her natural skills as a supervisor, liaison,
efficiency expert and troubleshooter. In 1998, at the peak of
her success, Dru decided to shift her focus to the innovative
new field of Organizing Consulting. This move came as the direct
result of a drive to use her skills, talents and experience to
effectively support and empower the professional and personal
lives of others.
In this new field Dru became increasingly known not only for her
expertise in streamlining and organizing but also in diffusing
stress and facilitating learning so that clients could more
become effective in areas mentioned above. Dru is a graduate of
the
Academy for Coaching Excellence as well as a Licensed
Seminar Leader. She is certified by the
International Coach
Federation (ICF) and routinely participates in continuing
education in her field. . Additionally, she is a
Gracious Space
Practitioner for the
Center for Ethical Leadership (CEL)
headquartered in Seattle, WA.
At the community level, Dru served as Chairperson for
Whitefish’s Growth Policy Steering Committee and is an
Ambassador with the city’s Chamber of Commerce. She is actively
involved with Flathead Big Brothers Big Sisters where she has
volunteered since 2003 as a mentor to a local youngster. She
serves as a mentor for, and speaks regularly to, students at
Whitefish High School regarding career choices, budgeting and
goal setting and is on the Perkins Advisory Committee there. She
participates in the annual
Expanding Your Horizons Program for
seventh and eighth grade girls, teaches Continuing Education
seminars at Flathead Valley Community College, speaks to local
groups, and volunteers her time and services to non-profit
organizations in the area. On an international level, she serves
as a volunteer Coach to the
United Nation’s World Food Programme
(UN WFP).
