Dru Rafkin Jackman,
ACC
CERTIFIED COACH
Dru Rafkin Jackman, Certified Coach, owner of
Sane Solutions by Dru, started her company in California in 1998. Its mission is twofold:
(1) “To bring order to chaos wherever it reigns”
and (2) “To help clients reach their goals with ease by aligning who they are with what they do”.
Dru graduated from Northwestern University and launched a highly successful, 15-year career in the entertainment industry where she honed her natural skills as a supervisor, liaison, efficiency expert and troubleshooter. In 1997, at the peak of her success, Dru
decided to shift her talents to the innovative new field of
Organizing Consulting. This move came as the direct result of a
drive to use her skills to more personally impact individual
lives. Her need to support and empower others is a driving force, and led her to
eventually receive her Coaching Credentials as a
result of rigorous training at the
Academy for Coaching
Excellence.
Sane Solutions by Dru works with leaders, teams and individuals to more effectively deal with the unique yet universal challenges that face all of us on a daily basis. Dru’s
clients know her to be efficient, non-judgmental, and discreet
as well as innovative and creative. Clients receive valuable and
transformational support through the coaching process which empowers people to create the kind of life
they were meant to lead.
At the community level, Dru served on Whitefish’s Growth Policy Steering Committee as its Chairperson and is
currently an Ambassador with the city’s Chamber of Commerce.
She is actively involved with Flathead Big Brothers Big Sisters where she has volunteered since 2002 as a mentor to a local youngster. Additionally, she teaches Continuing Education seminars at
Flathead Valley Community College, speaks to groups, and volunteers her time and services to non-profit organizations in the area.
Dru and her husband, Stephen, moved to Montana in 2001, the much beloved place where the couple had met, where her father lived and where she had dreamed of living since 1990. They make their home in
Whitefish.
