Coaching is a sequential process consisting of clarifying
intentions, designing goals and taking authentic action within a
safe, supportive relationship. This process empowers people to
create the kind of life they were meant to lead, personally and
professionally.
Coaching may be done one-on-one or in a Team atmosphere. Team
Coaching supports teamwork and collaboration, as well as the
individual. The process encourages members to support one
another, to shift focus toward understanding and looking at what
other team members might be seeing, and to work toward goals
that support the Team as well as the individual. A Coach
creates a partnership with Team members to define their goals
and take effective action. A Coach is in your Team’s corner and
supports the Team with its own agenda.
