PHASE I - Assessment & Design
Surveys and/or interviews are conducted so that the
challenges facing each individual, as well as the team,
are acknowledged. This provides accuracy in evaluating
the existing perspectives, attitudes and practices, and
reveals the unique needs of the organization.
Information gained during Assessment is processed and
collated. The Event is designed according to the
specific challenges of that particular organization and
toward its goals.
PHASE II - Retreat Facilitation
Designed to maximize effectiveness in areas which
include communication, teamwork, problem-solving and
leadership. Supports participants to learn from one
another’s experiences in a positive group atmosphere.
PHASE III - Follow
up
Designed to support Event participants in incorporating
the knowledge and perspective they gained in Phase II.
We check-in on actions and goals that emerged during the
Event. Strategies include Individual Coaching,
Group/Team Coaching, additional Workshops.
REGARDING CONFIDENTIALITY
Any information disclosed in an Event by attendees, as
well as that information collected during Assessment, is
confidential and may not be revealed to anyone without
written permission of the Client. Event content is also
treated as confidential and may not be released without
written permission from Sane Solutions by Dru.
